Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth of our key client relationships, leveraging strategic insights and innovative solutions to drive revenue expansion and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for key clients, aligning our solutions with their business needs to exceed revenue, margin, and satisfaction targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, senior-level relationships with clients, leveraging thought leadership to expand Kantar's presence and drive business growth.
  • Sales and Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, delivering topline revenue objectives through relationship-building, opportunity identification, and solution selling.
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze financial implications and negotiate pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in support of overall client relationship growth, driving commercial competence and meeting targets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: In related industries, including Consulting, Information, Market Research, Marketing, Agencies, Technology, and Telecommunications.
  • Senior Client Relationships: Demonstrated success in developing and growing deep, lasting client relationships, particularly at senior levels.
  • Commercial Competence: Strong consultative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with experience in contractual management.
  • Leadership and Communication: Highly effective team leader, inspiring and developing others, with superior communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.

  • Competitive Salary: $167,900-$279,000 per year, based on location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and certifications.
