We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to accelerate growth in our New York City Capital Markets business. Key Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction for capital markets, including identifying partnership opportunities to grow Slalom's brand.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate to set and deliver on strategic direction for assigned accounts.
- Own profitability of assigned capital market accounts.
- Manage individual and team utilization based on client needs.
- Foster client satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of client management/leadership experience in a formal management consulting environment or Capital Markets industry.
- Understanding of traditional Front, Middle, and Back-office processes, tech, and operations.
- Ability to balance business development, contracting, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence, operations, financial management, and team/people management.
- Advanced project delivery skills, including all aspects of project/program management.
