We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to accelerate growth in our New York City Capital Markets business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction for capital markets, including identifying partnership opportunities to grow Slalom's brand.
  • Build strong client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate to set and deliver on strategic direction for assigned accounts.
  • Own profitability of assigned capital market accounts.
  • Manage individual and team utilization based on client needs.
  • Foster client satisfaction through surveys and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of client management/leadership experience in a formal management consulting environment or Capital Markets industry.
  • Understanding of traditional Front, Middle, and Back-office processes, tech, and operations.
  • Ability to balance business development, contracting, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence, operations, financial management, and team/people management.
  • Advanced project delivery skills, including all aspects of project/program management.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
