PERSUIT is looking for a talented Candidate Title to manage our strategic client relationships in the United States. This position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 per year and a chance to work with corporate law departments.

About the Role

This is a fully remote position that requires occasional travel to client meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the client lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and experience in strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain online training materials to support client success.
  • Assist with new client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to PERSUIT's platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years of Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing top strategic accounts within Fortune 100 accounts.
