**About the Job**

Veolia North America is a leading provider of water, waste, and energy management services. We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team and help us retain and grow existing high-value customers.

In this role, you will manage all existing customer accounts within an assigned sales territory with a focus on named high-value/strategic accounts. You will also engage in consultative-selling techniques and support technical sales representatives with onboarding new accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields and 2+ years of sales and customer experience. Experience in energy is preferred, as well as data analytics skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, based on industry standards and location.
