About the Opportunity

Garner Health is looking for a Strategic Growth Executive to lead the retention and upsell efforts for our small and mid-market employer clients. As a key member of our account management team, you will work closely with account managers to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience and achieve their goals.

In this role, you will become a trusted strategic partner for your clients, helping them navigate plan design, bend cost trends, and drive plan performance. You will also establish and manage key relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and value delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in commercially-oriented account management or sales roles in the employee benefits space. You should have a strong commercial focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, bonus-eligible and eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
