Job Summary

As a Strategic Growth Associate, you'll champion clients with strategic and creative insight, managing day-to-day client activities including proposals, project plans, competitive analyses, creative briefs, and content outlines. You'll deliver outstanding service to our clients and provide strategic support to marketing, creative, and digital personnel while meeting deadlines and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts with strategic and creative insight.
  • Develop proposals, project plans, and estimates.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and create creative briefs and content outlines.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients and provide strategic support to marketing, creative, and digital personnel.

Requirements

  • A marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience in advertising, branding, communications, and/or digital strategy and implementation.
  • Solid strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Breadth of experience trafficking both digital and print advertising campaigns.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or the arts from a top-tier school.

Compensation

$60,000 - $75,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
