We are seeking a Strategic Business Growth Director to lead our Retail Strategy efforts.
Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic leadership and team development.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain productive relationships between account managers and cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and strategize opportunities for improved sell-through.
- Direct team priorities to optimize customer relationships and maximize sales performance.
- Provide intelligence to Account Management teams to deliver customer expectations and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage external contracts and resources to meet business needs.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with large groups.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to quickly generate and initiate creative solutions to problems.
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience.
