Skilled Wound Care is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth into new markets. As a clinically oriented business developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by forging essential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities across the country.

Your Impact

As our Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth and enhance the lives of countless patients in need of specialized wound care. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify and secure partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, creating a seamless implementation of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic market analysis to identify potential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities.
  • Develop engaging proposals that highlight Skilled Wound Care's exceptional value and service offerings.
  • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Achieve targets for new facility partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of services.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-8 years of proven sales experience required; background in long-term care and wound care sales preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state 4-5 days a week.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary $80,000 - $90,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus.
