Business Development Manager Role Overview
C&M Legal Search, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and creative Business Development Manager to join their Private Investment Funds (PIF) Group. This individual will collaborate closely with the Business Development team and other global colleagues to drive client development, new business pursuits, and strategic initiatives that enhance market awareness and support revenue and relationship growth within the PIF asset class.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess client expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute business strategies
- Organize regular meetings and support lawyers in strengthening client relationships
- Proactively identify pitch opportunities and lead new business presentations
- Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive fee arrangements
- Work with the Communications Team on marketing campaigns, industry reports, and promotional activities
- Manage and evaluate events, sponsorships, and conference opportunities
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Compensation
A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
