Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform business decisions
