Job Title: Business Development Manager

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our channel sales efforts.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive channel sales strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners. This will involve analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to create effective go-to-market strategies.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with our sales goals and strategies. This will involve developing training and enablement programs to ensure partners have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Amadeus Cytric solutions.

In addition, you will collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, define sales targets, and create strategies to achieve mutual goals. You will also drive pipeline growth and revenue through proactive management of partner-led sales opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and scaling channel sales programs
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, and/or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a multinational, multicultural, and virtual working environment is highly valued
