Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in marketing and business development to drive growth and success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital and Intellectual Property Practice attorneys to develop and execute business development strategies in support of our firm's strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual business goals and increase their brand, practice, and visibility.
  • Proactively identify and respond to new business opportunities, including internal cross-marketing and joint business development initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of key clients and market forces, including business trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive client matter list/database to track and analyze client relationships and business opportunities.
  • Source, plan, and execute business development events, including speaking engagements, conferences, and panels.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for our partners' marketing-related needs.
Profile Raising:
  • Develop and deploy thought leadership content and other profile-raising opportunities to market our services and expertise.
  • Coordinate with our PR team on press releases, pitch story ideas, and provide spokespeople to reporters as appropriate.
  • Manage practice group awards and rankings, including oversight of submissions to Chambers and other high-profile publications.
Client Development:
  • Conduct and promote post-transaction reviews to obtain client feedback and improve client service.
  • Support the preparation of responses to client requests for proposals or information on our practice group and prepare partners for business development meetings with clients and prospects.
