Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the strategic and operational reimbursement and market access initiatives for our flagship product. This role will primarily concentrate on the U.S. market while collaborating with various stakeholders to establish a robust reimbursement framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee the reimbursement and market access operations tailored for both U.S. and international markets, emphasizing the U.S. landscape.
  • Direct the formulation and execution of the coding, coverage, and payment strategies for our innovative therapy across all commercial sectors.
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers in commercial markets, including government entities, healthcare providers, hospitals, and payers.
  • Collaborate with clinical and research teams to devise strategies for generating essential clinical and economic data to support reimbursement and market access initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver field-based education and support regarding reimbursement and market access.
  • Provide practical reimbursement assistance to sales teams and healthcare providers, including guidance on coding, coverage, billing, and claims auditing.
  • Build and lead a market access team to enhance payer coverage and support our customer base effectively.
  • Understand organizational needs and cultivate credibility and rapport with colleagues across functions.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related outcomes as necessary.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures established by MML US, Inc.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role demonstrating the ability to meet organizational goals while developing the function.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively.
