Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division in Greenville, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and edit routine materials, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and clarity.
  • Organize workload to meet deadlines and priorities, working independently to complete assigned department functions.
  • Manage and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
  • Utilize advanced software skills to prepare correspondence, reports, charts, tables, and forms.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of office administration and/or secretarial experience, with a preference for construction industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and Access is highly desired.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating motor vehicles.
