Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cheerwine Beverage Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process house account orders and schedules Club orders through Encompass software
  • Handle daily deposits, deposit reports, and delivery route paperwork
  • Process accounts payable invoices through DocuWare software
  • Assist the Human Resources department with employee onboarding and personnel documents
  • Compile and key data to create various spreadsheets and reports for the Management team
  • Coordinate employee uniform orders and invoicing
  • Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and maintain office files
  • Operate office machines such as PC, copier, fax, scanner, and adding machine
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • One year of related office experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Knowledge of Encompass and DocuWare software a plus
  • Knowledge of Paycom HRIS a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Prioritize tasks and have them completed promptly and accurately
  • Work a Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule
  • Reliable transportation to run errands as needed
