Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Find Great People | FGP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our staff, including handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and processing mail and documents.
- Process checks and ensure timely distribution to staff members.
- Log and input forms received by mail or in-person into our system.
- Maintain our calendar of events and meeting room reservations.
- Ensure an organized and professional office environment.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, including catering and logistics.
- Participate in meetings as needed and provide administrative support to the donor services department.
- Assist with mailing out letters and acknowledgments.
- Coordinate special events and update and maintain various databases.
- Previous office administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, visitors, donors, and board members in a professional manner.
- Good listening skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- $50,000-60,000 salary range.
- Paid vacation and holidays.
- BCBS Insurance after 90 days of employment.

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Fridays close early).
