We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Find Great People | FGP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our staff, including handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and processing mail and documents.
  • Process checks and ensure timely distribution to staff members.
  • Log and input forms received by mail or in-person into our system.
  • Maintain our calendar of events and meeting room reservations.
  • Ensure an organized and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, including catering and logistics.
  • Participate in meetings as needed and provide administrative support to the donor services department.
  • Assist with mailing out letters and acknowledgments.
  • Coordinate special events and update and maintain various databases.
Requirements
  • Previous office administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with staff, visitors, donors, and board members in a professional manner.
  • Good listening skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
What We Offer
  • $50,000-60,000 salary range.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Fridays close early).
