Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the site leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the site leadership team, including scheduling, coordination, and communication
* Assist in the management of site schedules and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution
* Coordinate travel arrangements for site interview candidates and site leadership as requested
* Schedule, organize, and coordinate activities such as meetings, company trainings, employee events, conferences, and department activities
* Develop new and lasting relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication, messaging, and follow-up
* Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by ensuring confidentiality
* Type and design general correspondence, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc., and proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout
* Assist with preparation needed for external customer and stakeholder meetings
* Inspect office area and lobby for disrepair, ensuring the site looks presentable at all times
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with at least 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Associate degree in Business Administration or related discipline with at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* High school diploma with at least 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience in a fast-paced environment coordinating projects and events preferred
* Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, flexibility, and excellent organization skills
* Strong decision-making ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
