Your Purpose

As a vital member of the Brightline Talent Acquisition team, your main responsibility will be to enhance recruitment efforts by sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to support the hiring of field-based hospitality professionals.

Success in this role requires the ability to excel in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business demands.

Your extensive background in hospitality will be crucial in significantly contributing to Brightline's mission of redefining travel.

Your Role

Candidate Sourcing:

Leverage various platforms, including applicant tracking systems (such as UltiPro), social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates; organize, manage, and participate in job fairs while representing the brand.


Screening:

Perform initial evaluations of candidates, determining their suitability based on skills, experience, and alignment with the hospitality sector, from entry-level positions to Director roles.


Interview Coordination:
Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Candidate Evaluation:
Assess candidates for their skills, experience, and potential fit within the organization and the hospitality field.

Collaboration:
Partner closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and desired qualifications.

Documentation:
Keep accurate and current candidate records in the recruitment database.
Your Qualifications
Must be located in Florida to be considered.
Ability to work remotely with occasional travel across our service areas as required for business.

Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience for both non-exempt/hourly and salaried talent within the high-volume, fast-paced travel, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or related industries.

Experience in recruiting both hourly and salaried talent from entry-level to Director level is essential.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro or similar tools.
Familiarity with talent assessment tools such as Criteria Assessment or equivalent.
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are mandatory.
Clear understanding and management of the complete recruitment lifecycle process.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with team-based project experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including scheduling interviews via MS Outlook and utilizing MS Teams.
