Your Purpose

As a vital member of the Brightline Talent Acquisition team, your main focus will be to support recruitment efforts by sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to facilitate the hiring of field-based hospitality professionals.

Your Role

Candidate Sourcing:

Employ various channels, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates; organize and participate in job fairs while representing the brand.


Screening:

Perform initial evaluations of candidates, assessing their qualifications based on skills, experience, and fit within the hospitality sector, from entry-level to executive roles.


Interview Coordination:
Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Candidate Evaluation:
Assess candidates for their skills, experience, and potential fit within the organization and the hospitality industry.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and desired qualifications.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the recruitment database.
Your Qualifications
Must be located in Florida to be considered.
Ability to work remotely with occasional travel across our operational areas as needed for business.

Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience for both hourly and salaried positions within the high-volume, fast-paced travel, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or related industries.

Experience in recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles from entry-level to executive positions is essential.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
Familiarity with talent assessment tools is necessary.
Must possess a strong sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with team-based project experience, are essential.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including scheduling interviews via MS Outlook and utilizing MS Teams, is expected.
