Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic casting plan that identifies and secures top talent for our productions
  • Lead and manage a team of casting professionals to ensure timely and efficient execution of casting projects
  • Collaborate with senior executives, directors, and producers to understand project requirements and casting needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents, managers, and other industry professionals
  • Conduct auditions, interviews, and screen tests to assess potential talent
  • Oversee the casting process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Manage casting budgets and negotiate contracts with talent and their representatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, including 5+ years of experience at the executive level
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategy and communicate a vision
  • Previous experience working with talent agents and managers in international and U.S. Hispanic talent markets
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Process- and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
