About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Transvirtual. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the logistics or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing or business degree
  • Experience in managing a contact pipeline and CRM updates
