Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Fort Worth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and development in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing business development and marketing support to help them succeed with our award-winning Hydrafacial treatment.
  • Collaborate with our Regional Training Specialists and Capital Sales Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase device sales, consumable product sales, and treatment procedures within our assigned territory.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients to increase utilization and drive business growth.
  • Provide training and support to customers, including patient consultation, coaching, and front desk training.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of account management experience in the aesthetic industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the cash-pay market.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
