Role Summary:

In this role, you will focus on enhancing revenue from designated existing accounts by advocating for new product offerings, optimizing product combinations, and facilitating product upselling. You will provide essential support to current clients, which includes initiating new products, offering technical sales assistance, and conducting testing. Maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting newly acquired accounts will be key responsibilities, along with ensuring the upkeep of dispensers. This position will also involve adherence to company policies, initiatives, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, optimizing product mixes, and introducing new products to assigned existing accounts.
  • Deliver product and technical support to current customers, including mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality assurance/control.
  • Assist in the initiation of new products, technical sales, and testing for new clientele.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on dispensers.
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Lead and engage with local industry organizations.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to relevant organizational functions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Walking/standing: 40-80%
  • Sitting: 30-50%
  • Lifting (up to 70 lbs./31kgs): 30%
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer safely loaded and secured with necessary equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
  • Sales experience or aptitude is essential; concrete quality assurance/control experience is preferred, along with electrical and mechanical aptitude, and strong computer and communication skills.
