Front Desk Representative

Marriott International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Check guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, and local areas of interest and activities.
Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues.
Identify and explain room features to guests, such as the use of room keys, ice and vending areas, etc.
Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable.
May be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.
Requirements
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
