Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Sheraton Duluth Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to brand standards
- Act as the first point of contact for guest complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and professionally
- Ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions, including room assignments and billing
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate guest satisfaction and hotel operations
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
