Job Summary

The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest service, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Coordinate and manage the front office activities, including check-in and check-out processes, guest inquiries, and room assignments.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, respond to guest complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise front desk team members, ensuring they meet expectations and provide excellent guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems, including guest complaints, reservation issues, and other requests.
  • Communication: Cooperate with other department managers to ensure efficient and effective operations and coordination of activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of front desk or guest service experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Previous point of sale software experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
