Job Summary

Pima Medical Institute is seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and provide assistance with inquiries and requests.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with typing, data entry, and filing documents as needed.
  • Mail and Package Distribution: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Special Events: Assist the Office Manager with planning and executing school events, such as graduation and new student orientation.
  • Transcript Management: Send and receive transcripts for student files.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: One year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer and word processing software, with a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
