Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at Renault Winery Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to provide a high level of service and support to guests.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and databases, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.
