Job Description

At Cutting Edge Countertops, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach, aiming to maintain and improve client trust.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and coordinate service delivery.
  • Account Management: Track and manage client accounts, keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback within all portals and systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide clients with comprehensive product or service information, including guidance and support on usage.
  • Service Delivery: Monitor client service agreements to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with company offerings, industry trends, and client needs to provide informed and relevant support.
  • Warranty Management: Manage warranty issues, as needed.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Math Skills: Math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals for dimensional calculations).
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving mindset and capability.
  • Attendance: Good attendance.
