We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at GenFed Financial Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling cash transactions, and promoting our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Promote and sell GenFed Financial Credit Union's financial products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience and customer service skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service goals.
