A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY
- Serve as the primary administrative contact.
- Cultivate professional relationships with all clients and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their core business.
- Assist in managing client expectations and service commitments while anticipating their needs.
- Swiftly identify and resolve basic client service challenges.
- Support account management personnel by addressing fundamental client issues in the absence of the account manager.

Act as a representative of Relation's culture to clients, visitors, and colleagues by communicating in a professional and courteous manner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external clients, business partners, and insurance carriers.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in account service, with preference for candidates with commercial and/or personal insurance product experience.

- Property & Casualty license from state of domicile preferred; however, the ability to obtain your insurance license within 90 days of hire is required.
