Program Director for Scalable Operations

This role will be a key member of the program team located in Seattle, supporting Just Walk Out (JWO) tech and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The drive and capability to shape business group strategy is essential.

A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a broad array of environments, managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new sites at scale. They will build strong partnerships with operations leaders to understand improvement opportunities and have the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will have confidence operating in a highly ambiguous and iterative business space, with high attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. They will also be willing to challenge and influence senior leaders and able to work in a diverse team.

This position requires:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a program management role or experience in managing projects in a large-scale, multi-geographical, high-growth organization, ideally in a fast-paced production/manufacturing/logistics environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and work cross-functionally to align and solve shared problems
  • Ability to innovate in a start-up Ops environment
  • High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Salary: $104,100 - $185,000 per year, based on geographic location. Total compensation includes equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
