Strategic Sales Leadership Position

The Divisional Vice President for Sales is a senior leadership position that oversees and guides the sales operations of our organization. This role requires a seasoned leader with a track record of success in leading larger organizations, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, and possessing a strong vision for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to drive performance excellence and exceed sales goals.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors to foster their professional growth and development.
- Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Articulate and communicate the company's vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to see three years down the road and develop a clear vision for achieving long-term objectives.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts, strategies, and expectations clearly and persuasively.
