PuroClean of Redmond is a leading provider of emergency property restoration services. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers. This includes managing staff, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of operations personnel to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including communication, project details, and financial information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar management position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
