Affiliates Management Company (AMC) is a leading provider of shared services for a family of companies, including Coopera, First Community Trust, N.A., Iowa Credit Union League, Iowa Credit Union Foundation, PolicyWorks, ViClarity, and CU Digilend. We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will manage and execute marketing and communications projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout AMC's operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, including campaign planning, project management, budget management, content creation, and results analysis.
  • Oversee social media strategy, including content planning, development, and execution, as well as performance analysis and resource coordination.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Communicate project statuses and deadlines to team members.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing and communication initiatives that achieve strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing and communication activities are implemented correctly and within desired timeframes.
  • Manage project and program costs within established budgets.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within marketing databases and communication lists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Prior experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience using email marketing software, such as Constant Contact.
  • Proficiency in other marketing tools, CMS, and CRM systems, including Formstack, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Wix, WordPress, and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment and successfully execute projects.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a variety of stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
