Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role involves managing and executing marketing and communication initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams across AMC's affiliated companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, encompassing campaign planning, project oversight, budget management, content creation, design, copywriting, audience segmentation, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead social media initiatives, both paid and organic, by crafting, developing, and executing content, including copy, design, and production, while analyzing performance and coordinating team resources.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with established brand guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate project progress and deadlines to the team.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing and communication strategies that align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee that marketing and communication efforts are executed accurately and within set timelines.
  • Manage project and program budgets by ensuring timely payment of marketing invoices, tracking expenses, and providing updates to management.
  • Monitor and uphold data integrity within marketing databases and communication lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Previous experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact.
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools, CMS, and CRM systems, including Formstack, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Wix, WordPress, and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of building and maintaining rapport with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
