Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth in assigned communities.
  • Work closely with community staff to ensure effective use of CRM systems, such as SalesForce, to track sales data and marketing efforts.
  • Provide coaching and training to on-site sales staff to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and advertising agency to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community staff, corporate teams, and external partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales incentive plans to drive performance and motivation.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of on-site sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in senior housing sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
