Position Overview
We are in search of a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role involves managing and executing marketing and communication initiatives in partnership with various teams across AMC's operating companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, including campaign planning, project oversight, budget management, content creation, design, copywriting, audience segmentation, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead social media initiatives, both paid and organic, by crafting, developing, and executing content strategies that encompass copy, design, production, and performance assessment while coordinating team resources.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate project timelines and statuses to team members.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing and communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee the timely execution of marketing and communication activities.
  • Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, ensuring timely payment of marketing invoices, and providing updates to management.
  • Oversee data integrity within marketing databases and communication lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact.
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools, CMS, and CRM systems, including Formstack, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Wix, WordPress, and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
