Job Title: Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Diverzify. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 35% of the time
