Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive II to join our Vaccine Sales team. This role will be responsible for establishing and growing sales of our flagship product, HEPLISAV-B, in assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IDN/Hospital landscape and a proven track record of success in strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand HEPLISAV-B adoption in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each level of the organization, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Partner with the Director, Vaccine Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies to support HEPLISAV-B expansion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Director, Vaccine Sales to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer business models to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Account Management system.
  • Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of life sciences sales experience, with IDN/Hospital experience preferred.
  • 2 years of vaccine or buy & bill experience required.
  • 2+ years of strategic account management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the IDN/Hospital landscape within assigned territory required.
  • Previous health system account management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong proven strategic vision, business acumen, and influencing skills to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Documented track record of consistent sales and growth success, along with superb account management skills.
  • Proven track record of financial/budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of large health systems, including immunization-related quality initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to drive business results and identify new opportunities and strategies through strategic thinking and business planning.
  • Experience in matrix management and change advocacy.
  • Heavy travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • C-suite leadership and account management experience within IDNs and Hospitals is highly preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $117,000 to $155,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare insurance, 401(k) company match, and paid time off benefits. Field sales employees also receive a company car.
