Job Summary

The Home Infusion Account Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for promoting the Compassus philosophy and upholding the company's values of Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure smooth working relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to maintain high levels of customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective communication and marketing materials.
  • Provide training and support to new account executives as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or related area with demonstrated leadership skills.

Work Environment
