Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

This role requires on-site presence during standard business hours, with some flexibility as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, distributing mail, and overseeing office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and maintain fleet operations
- Create, edit, and proofread documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Arrange travel logistics
- Oversee minor project tasks with minimal supervision
- Assist in project tracking and invoicing processes
- Perform additional duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and maintain an energetic attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new software applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Demonstrate effective time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma is mandatory
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred
- Proficient daily use of Microsoft Word is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail is required
