Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, distributing mail, and overseeing office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate and maintain fleet operations
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Arrange travel logistics
  • Oversee minor project tasks with minimal supervision
  • Assist in project tracking and invoicing processes
  • Perform additional duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and maintain an energetic attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new software applications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma is mandatory
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Proficient daily use of Microsoft Word is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required
