Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing office events, distributing mail, and overseeing office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and maintain fleet operations.
- Create, edit, and proofread documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Arrange travel logistics.
- Handle small-scale project tasks with minimal supervision.
- Assist with project tracking and invoicing processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and maintain an energetic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Two or more years of relevant experience is highly preferred.
- Daily use of Microsoft Word for two or more years is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
