Business Growth Manager

At Citadel, we're seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic Business Banking team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a strategic role in acquiring and cultivating new business relationships, with a focus on deposit growth and cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new business members with an annual revenue of $1-$5 million, while deepening relationships with existing clients to uncover new deposit, cash management, and C&I lending opportunities.
  • Partner with branch partners to leverage existing portfolios and referrals, and work alongside our Cash Management specialists to identify and implement best-in-class solutions for our business members.
  • Become a financial expert for our members, providing insightful guidance and solutions, including understanding cash flow analysis, business financials, and RFP review.
  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate primary relationships, focusing on exceeding net new deposit acquisition goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all Citadel business lines to ensure seamless referrals and a holistic client experience.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business environment.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of deposit products, cash management solutions, and business financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different client needs.
