Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide information and recommendations to guests on local attractions and activities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods
