- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability, and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, handle cash, and balance the front desk bank.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Hotel experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using a computer system.
