Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our valued guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
