Position Overview
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the office. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Communication
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and emails
- Assist in planning team outings and events
- Office Management
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Manage and stock the refrigerator, coffee, and snack station
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and repairs
- Special Projects
- Assist with miscellaneous projects within various departments
- Track, collect, and manage the Certificate of Insurance process
- Collect and input monthly tenant sales
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years + of administrative experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
