Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations
    • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
    • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Front Office Operations
    • Process guest registrations and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
    • Communicate hotel services and amenities to guests.
    • Coordinate guest room billing and settle accounts.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
    • Work collaboratively with other front office departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
    • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in hospitality is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
    • Knowledge of Opera Property Management system.
