Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and a positive hotel experience.
Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be expected to:

  • Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality's brand standards.
  • Comply with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Be aware of all hotel rates, packages, and special promotions, as well as in-house groups and closed-out dates.
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
